課程概述 |
本課程介紹迄1865年止之美國文學歷史及重要作家作品，輔以當代文學理論入門介紹。上課方式為演講及討論。 |
|
課程目標 |
讓學生熟悉早期美國重要作家之特色、重要性，並閱讀其代表作，作為深入研究之基礎。同時介紹當代文學理論並訓練同學閱讀文學及批判性思考之能力。 |
|
課程要求 |
一、學生應於上課前完成當週指定閱讀範圍。
二、學生應出席上課並參與課程討論。無故缺席三次者，學習成績不及格。 |
